SHIPPING POLICY

UK Orders

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail . The estimated delivery time for this service is 2–7 working days.

A parcel is not considered "lost" until 21 days working after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within this time, please contact us at sales@vizogic.com and we will assist you.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Standard. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but please allow up to 30 working days for delivery.

Custom Fees (Including Duty)

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees for their order.

  • To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure customs fees are paid promptly.

  • If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

A parcel is only considered "lost" 30 working days after dispatch for international orders.

 

Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy

Orders that are returned to Kataidltd due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the ordering process is accurate and up to date.

  • Kataidltd cannot be held liable for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Address Confirmation

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to review and confirm the accuracy of their shipping address before finalizing their order.

  • Vizogic will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.
